MEMORIAL DAY HONORS BY NIKKI HOFFMAN

Visitors to Harbor Hills Country Club often remark on the six flags proudly waving near the 16th green. These flags represent each branch of the U.S. Armed Forces: the Air Force, Army, Marines, Navy, Coast Guard, and the newly formed Space Force. They symbolize the sacrifices and contributions of our servicemen and servicewomen. A bench and inscribed memorial stone nestle among colorful flowers as part of our Harbor Hills Military Memorial. It is a perfect spot to honor those who sacrificed to provide the freedom we enjoy daily.

At Harbor Hills, we hold our veterans in the highest regard. To honor their service, our community group, Friends of The Veterans Park, offers a unique opportunity. We are selling bricks engraved with your veteran’s name, which will surround the memorial. The proceeds from these sales go towards the maintenance of the park, which is funded by donations from Harbor Hills and Grove residents. To purchase an engraved brick, email Shirle Mabie at shirlemabie@gmail.com or call Shirle at 561-351-0699.

The official start of summer calls for outdoor fun. Harbor Hills welcomes adults and families to enjoy our summer membership special.
